Finishing Choices & Their Practical Applications
Eyelets – No Eyelets
Ideal for when signs will be attached directly to walls, fences, or timber boards using screws, nails, or adhesive pads. Perfect for estate agent boards, contractor signage, indoor displays, and scenarios where no hanging hardware is needed.
Eyelets – Top Only
Suited for hanging signs from hooks, cable ties, scaffolding bars, or rope. This option is popular at events, construction sites, retail entrances, and for temporary directional signage where secure overhead hanging is required.
Eyelets – All 4 Corners
The most robust and versatile finishing for outdoor use. Eyelets in all four corners provide excellent tension and stability when mounting signs on railings, barriers, Heras fencing, and wire mesh. This is particularly useful in windy areas and high-traffic environments.
Drill Holes – No Drill Holes
Best for internal displays or boards that will be attached using adhesive foam pads or double-sided tape. Suitable for indoor events, POS applications, and temporary promotions.
Drill Holes – Top Only
Useful for hanging signs from ceilings, shop interiors, beams, and hooks. This finishing is popular in retail store promotions, queue management areas, and building reception displays.
Drill Holes – All 4 Corners
Appropriate for more permanent mounting, especially on brick, timber, plasterboard, or metal frames. Drill holes in all four corners allow stable screw-fixing and prevent signs from twisting or lifting outdoors.
Understanding Pricing for Fluted Plastic Signs
Each Custom Wayfinding Fluted Plastic Signs order is calculated transparently based on size, square-foot bracket, and chosen finishing options:
Total Price = (Width × Height × Sq-Ft Rate) × Delivery Speed × Printing Option × Lamination (If Selected)
Larger sizes automatically fall into lower square-foot price brackets, providing better value per board. Customers can also select express delivery upgrades or same-day collection for urgent projects.
